ABOUT A.C.E.

The Association of County Employees, commonly referred to as ACE, is an independent labor organization in Plymouth, Massachusetts. ACE is an exclusive collective bargaining union that represents all Correctional Officers, Medical Officers, Maintenance Officers, K-9 Officers, Warrant Officers, Vocational Instructors, and various other personnel employed by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Our members are highly trained professional public safety officers. Our mission is to improve the quality of the lives of our members through the collective bargaining agreements and protecting and enforcing their rights on the job by providing effective representation to them. ACE is also active in the political and legislative arena by working with elected officials at all levels of government on issues that directly impact the safety and well being of our members.
